Welcome to mydivinetours.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the tour, travel, and pooja services offered by My Divine Tours (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment Policy
- Booking and Payment: All bookings require 100% payment in advance at the time of booking to be considered confirmed.
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered instantly confirmed upon successful completion of the full payment. You will receive a confirmation email or message shortly after.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, and other online payment methods as communicated during the booking process.
3. Tour Services & Itinerary
- Private Tours: For private tours, the vehicle is exclusively for your group. The itinerary can be slightly flexible, but major changes may incur additional costs.
- Group Tours: For group tours (seat-in-coach), the itinerary and timings are fixed. Pickup and drop-off points are pre-designated. The type of vehicle (e.g., MPV, Van, Mini Bus, or Bus) will be assigned based on the total number of bookings for that day. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are not responsible for the loss of preferred seats.
- Vehicle Policy: My Divine Tours utilizes a network of trusted vehicle providers. While some vehicles are owned by us, we may also assign well-maintained vehicles from third-party partners for your tour. We ensure all assigned vehicles meet our safety and quality standards.
- Itinerary Changes: While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, temple closures, or other operational reasons.
4. Airport Transfer Services
- Service Area: We offer dedicated airport transfer services (pickup and drop-off) primarily from Tiruchirappalli International Airport (TRZ) to locations in Thanjavur, Kumbakonam, and surrounding areas.
- Advance Booking: Airport transfers must be booked in advance. This service is priced separately from our tour packages.
- Flight Details: You are responsible for providing accurate flight details (Flight Number, Airline, and Arrival/Departure Time) at the time of booking. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
- Delays: We will monitor your flight’s status. For arrivals, our driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed. Any waiting time beyond this may incur additional charges.
5. Pooja and Ritual Services
- Facilitator Role: My Divine Tours acts as a facilitator to arrange pooja and ritual services. We connect you with temple priests or trusted ritual persons.
- On-Behalf Poojas: For poojas performed on your behalf, we will provide confirmation (such as photos or videos, where possible) upon completion.
- Disclaimer: The outcome of any pooja or ritual is a matter of personal faith and divine will. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from these rituals. All pooja costs are paid directly to the temple or the priest.
6. User Responsibilities
- Punctuality: You are responsible for being on time for all tour departures and activities. Delays may result in missing parts of the itinerary.
- Dress Code: A modest dress code is mandatory for all temple visits. Please dress appropriately (e.g., no shorts, sleeveless tops, or short skirts).
- Conduct: You are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful of local customs, traditions, and fellow travelers.
- Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings, including luggage, documents, and valuables. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
7. Limitation of Liability
My Divine Tours acts only as an agent for the travelers in all matters relating to travel, whether by road, rail, or any other means. We shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
We do not accept responsibility for losses or expenses due to sickness, weather, strikes, wars, quarantine, or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.
